For pick-up only in the Tampa Bay Area (unless you are willing to arrange for a shipper to come to my house and pack and pickup everything). Audio Research SPS-15A pre-amp ($7500 new), Audio Research D125 amp ($5000 new), mounted in custom made cabinetry. Mirage M1 speakers ($5000 new), Velodyne ULD-18 sub-woofer ($3800 new), Mirage MCsi center channel speaker, 2 Video Acoustic pedestal mounted rear speakers, Adcom GSP-560 Surround Sound Processor/Amplifier, Adcom GDA-600 Digital-to-analog converter, Adcom GFT-555 Tuner. Can easily be moved as one unit (other than speakers) as was done when I moved into my present house.

My previous house had a perfect, dedicated listening room, and this equipment matched the best reference systems in performance. My current house has a voluminous living room with very high wood ceilings and has the worse acoustics possible. Hence, the equipment has been virtually un-used in over 6 years.

I made the mistake of not applying power slowly on recent start up prior to submitting this ad. When the time delay relay finished it's sequence on the pre-amp, and applied full voltage, a capacitor blew in the power supply. It should be a quite simple, inexpensive fix and I have priced the equipment appropriately based on that minor hassle and not wanting to be bothered with packing, shipping, and wanting to move everything at once.

If I was selling the above to an audio store, my mission would be to come away with a simple system to enhance the sound on my TV and some cash. Although I have the original cartons for the components, I am looking for a pick-up to save the hassle of shipping. Just the Audio Research gear and the 3 speakers (2 main and sub) were over $21,000 new.

Questions for the seller
will you sell the preamp seperately? If so at what price?
I really do want to move everything and not bother with it and was hoping I priced it such to encourage an offer that would achieve my mission and allow the buyer to profit by selling off anything that the buyer did not wish to keep.
