I am original owner and I purchased from authorized ARC dealer.
In June 2013 all tubes were upgraded by ARC, with original 6550 replaced with KT120s. Amp was returned to me in a brand new box. All original packing materials are included and all are in great shape.
Included in the sale are the original power cord, owners manual and bias tool.
I see no flaws or blemishes of any sort - I think it would be hard to tell this apart from brand new. 8 rating is for age only.
A signature will be required at time of delivery. I will work with buyer to find most sensible form of shipping. Buyer will pay actual shipping costs. I recommend the purchase of shipping insurance for this sensitive piece of electronics.
