Backert Labs is dedicated preamplifier manufacturer. Offered here is their Rhumba tube preamplifier which has been well reviewed and compared very favorably to their much more expensive Rhythm model. The unit offered here has had capacitor upgrades and their SILK upgrade for the gain stage. Unit is in excellent shape cosmetically and of course functions perfectly.
