The unit is in excellent conditions. In the recent past the unit had all of the aging electronic parts replaced by the chief engineer at Conrad Johnson (a $2.5K job). And it just got a clean bill of health from the same technician. Essentially, it's a like new unit that won't need work for another decade and a half. Considering its condition, the request is low.
