This ad is for the Brand New Conrad Johnson ET3 SE Line Stage Preamplifier new in the box. This is the SE Version of the ET3. It does not contain a Phono stage but one can be installed at a reasonable cost. It has full Conrad Johnson Warranty.

The SE
version of the ET3 contains CJD Teflon Capacitors and Vischay resistors
These component parts are the best available. The Teflon capacitors are
nearly the perfect capacitor as their Dialectric Absorbtion (DA)
characteristics are without peer. DA refers to the memory during the
charge and discharge cycle and the ability of the cap to retain almost
no electrons between charging and discharging cycles. The result is most
notable in the upper mid-range and highs with more extension, greater
speed, vastly superior detail, and the optimum tonal balance.

Installing
the previous ET3 SE I had produced nothing less than extraordinary results. It
replaced my CJ ACT2 S2 and is superior at a $5000 Retail price! Its
ability to resolve inner detail is nothing less than stunning producing
clarity I have never heard using the same source (McCormack UDP-1 DLX)
Its speed is better without the ringing and glare often associated with
lower cost preamps.

I am using a CJ Classic 120SE Power Amp driving my mid range towers and a CJ M F2550SE driving my bass towers.
