Outstanding condition, Premier 11A stereo amp with factory installed C1 Teflon cap upgrade ($1645.00 value). No noticeable flaws anywhere. Equipped w/ KT120 (TungSol) or 6550 (SED) output tubes, your pick. The KT120s are the standard now at CJ. Unit comes with all factory crating, bias screwdriver, copy of ops manual, and tube cage. Amp easy to bias with LEDs and bias screwdriver. If you choose to use the KT120 output tubes, which are taller than 6550 tubes, you will need to use a spacer for the cage to clear the tubes. Rarely does anyone use the cage as the amp looks too good without it installed. Amp rated at 70 WPC. Rated at 8/10 to meet Audiogon's condition criteria. The unit will be double boxed to insure safe shipping and protection of factory crated unit. I will pay shipping/insurance, in lower 48, at asking price.

Questions for the seller
Do the 120s produce any more power than the 6550s?
Hi, Thanks for your interest. No, I don't think so on more power output. Supposably better bass and more detailed highs. CJ confirmed the KT120 works fine. Just have to rebias, but simple with this amp using LED and pots. Turn on and 10 minute warmup, bias, and redo in about 30-45 minutes. You do this with no signal feeding the amp. Good to go then. KT120s are readily available and cost effective vs. finding good 6550 and KT88, the other popular tubes for this amp. Thanks
Does it sound nice and warm and "tubey"? ( I like "tubey"!) Thanks.
Thanks for your interest. Classic CJ vintage sound. I'm with you, older CJ amps the best. Have a glut of cJ gear right now including Premier 12s (also Teflon upgrade), thus the sale. The Teflon allows the amp to be more detailed with continued warm glow. Much quieter with Teflon.
