The premier 16 is the result of design innovations created by the ART preamp research. It's known as the baby ART. It's basically an ART in a single chassis. What's most important though is its sound. Very natural reproduction of music sums it up. If I didn't own the art I would be keeping this one. It has 6 solvtek tubes which I'm sure contribute to the warm smooth beautiful sound as well. Please read reviews and the CJ product description to best understand the quality of this preamp. Also the thing is absolutely beautiful in its appearance. It comes with a heavy metal remote and factory packaging. I will pay for shipping if my asking price is met. Buyer pays pay pal fees of 3%.
