I sweetened the deal by including a set of Mullard EL34 tubes, not the new re-issue, but NOS Mullard EL34s. Read on.... My price is crazy low as I just moved and lost my music room. I no longer have room or a place for these, thus my sale.
The tubes included are JJ GZ-34 rectifier tubes, NOS 12au7s and a quad of NOS Mullard EL34 tubes. I don't know how many hours are on these very expensive Mullards, but I do know they sell for hundreds and I will include on this sale. They sound great. They are not a matched quad. You supply your own 12ax7s.
I have owned many, many tube amps and know what sounds good. These sound fabulous and exude musicality. They are rather delicious sounding just drawing you into the music. I doubt any used tube amp for this price sounds as good. Nice and extended on top, but smooth. They look good overall as the pictures show. The binding post mounting looks a tad DIY, but they are secure and high quality Cardas.
I just had these gone though by a local tech in Nashville that knows his stuff. They operate perfectly and measure just as they should.
The hard wired power cords are made with the special Western Electric NOS 10 gauge stranded wire. Also, some of the fabulous Western Electric 16 gauge NOS stranded wire is used under the hood.
