Emotive Audio Sira Preamplifier

Offered for sale is Emotive Audio's well reviewed Sira preamplifier. This unit is in good overall condition. With it's beautiful wooden case and 18 glowing tubes it is a visually striking piece. Within the last month the unit has returned from Fred at Emotive for a minor fix. So everything is now in order and the sound is spectacular. The following upgrades have been made over time.

V-Cap Teflon output caps
Stepped attenuator upgrade.
Dual variable outputs (for bi-amping)
Upgraded power and mute switches.

Also included are a complete set of NOS stock value tubes, including a Tung-Sol 5687 output, from Tube World with about 20 hours of use. All will be properly labelled and packaged.

Also included are the following alternate output tubes:
(1) Amperex gold pin 7199
(1) Amperex gold pin 7044A
(1) GE 7044
(1) Sylvannia gold pin 7044A
(1) Sylvannia 7044

I preferred the 7044 options because they are somewhat laid back with the 5687 being dynamic and forward. To each his own. Different flavors for system matching.

Not shown are several vent holes drilled into bottom plate by the previous owner. They are not pretty, but are out of sight. Functionally, they are better to be there than not. An upcoming move has me in sell mode.
