Heath W-4M Monoblock Tube amp pair.
Massive power transformers enable huge musical dynamics.
120 volt North America.
These amps are incredible for vintage amps. Have the bloom, drive, clarity, and dynamics of a 200 watt amp up to medium volume. I have run these on my BW 801s and they sound superb.
Simply one of the best cost-effective sleeper vintage amps you can find - I have tried nearly all including the big Fisher 50As, McIntosh MC30, MC40, Dynaco MKIII, and Altec 340s. Yes I have also owned many modern tube amps such as Sonic Frontiers, Cary, Audio Research VT-100, 200, CJ Premier 4, VTL 225, etc.
If you listen at low to medium volume, the Heath sound cleaner and better - more pure and musical!
