Just back from the VTL factory, these will come with a new set of Tung-Sol KT88's in excellent cosmetic condition but if it has tiny imperfections on the faceplate (touched up) it technically is not an "8" according the Audiogon scale. These have just returned from the VTL factory and have zero hours since then.
