Precision Fidelity C-4 Dual Cascode Preamplifier

For your consideration is my Precision Fidelity C-4 Dual Cascode Preamplifier S#: 4125.  12 Tube design with 6 phono stage tubes and 6 line stage tubes.  Due to it's age, it has recently been serviced to completely rebuild the power supply, replace outdated electrolytic capacitors and other selected components. It is completely functional and in all aspects better than new!  All new tubes in the line stage. 2 Tung-Sol gold pin 12AX7's, 2 Electro-Harmonix gold pin 12AU7's & 2 Mullard gold pin 12AT7's. The First gain stage (V4 & V10) are 12AU7's, 2nd gain stage (V5 & V11) are 12AX7's and the final gain stage (V6 & V12) are 12AT7's.  Additionally, the original female RCA's have been upgraded to gold plated RCA's. Provisions are made for: 2 Outputs. Inputs Included:  2 Phono, 2 Auxiliary, 1 Tuner & 2 Tape Loops. Separate Balance Controls, Input Level, Stereo/Reverse/Mono selector. Low Filter: On/Off. Turn on: 60 second delay with indicators.  Phono stage: 1st & 2nd Gain stages (V1 & V7) + (V2 & V8) are paired 12AX7's with the final Gain stage (V3 & V9) is a pair of 12AT7's.  Care must be taken to use only low noise high quality phono stage tubes. This preamplifier is well known for it's high output phono stage.  The current tubes in the phono stage are unsuitable and must be replaced!  Due to personal tastes in tube selection I will defer replacement to the new owner! Mating this preamplifier with a reasonably good power amplifier and speakers will bring you into the soundstage.  Actually, pairing my B&K ST2140 (for sale as well) with this preamplifier and my B&W 685's was extremely pleasing.
