I can't believe I actually have to do this, but I have to sell these lovely monoblock amplifiers. They were built from scratch, just the circuit boards and transformers as provided by Bruce Rosenblitz. The faceplates and cheeks are made out of solid cherry, while the bottom, top, and back plates are all made of 1/2" Corian. There are large vents cut out on the bottom plate, and a lot of holes in the side panels to keep airflow up and temperatures down. There are some blemishes in the woodworking, as it was my first time using a router for the dovetail. From two feet away, you can't really tell and the flat faces are in perfect condition. The actual finish of the wood has twelve coats and is quite appealing.

The IEC, RCA jack and binding posts are all premium Furutech parts with the rhodium plating. The interior wiring is all silver (only one wire is Kimber copper, and it goes to the bias meter which has no effect on the sound). The circuit was completed with Audionote tantalum resistors, Blackgate electrolytic capacitors, and Mundorf and REL film capacitors. The Tube sockets are teflon, gold plated connections, and all wired again with silver wire.

The resulting sound is amazing. Very dynamic, very punchy bass, and smooth. There is a little tube hiss, but I typically didn't notice it with music playing. I only have between 200-300 hours on them, so I haven't even heard what the Blackgates are capable of yet. I don't really want to sell them, I didn't put together all these parts with the idea of selling, I just have no choice financially. There is over $7K in parts alone on these amplifiers, and months of work on the build, so please keep that in mind when making offers.

Each amplifier weighs 47lbs by itself, so with packing materials plan for 100lbs in shipping. The tubes will ship in a separate box, and I will be overly cautious in how I pack the amps themselves. There was too much work to go into these to have anything happen to them!!

I will split all fees with the buyer, including paypal and shipping.

Thank you for your interest, and please email me for additional photos if desired. I am also available by phone to discuss any questions, at 303-809-7466.

If you have any interest at all, all offers are considered, as I really need to get some money quickly.
