This single-owner Carver TX1-11 Asymmetrical Charge Coupled
FM Stereo Decoder is in excellent condition. Adds Carver reception quality to
any FM stereo tuner or receiver that is plagued by noise and multipath interference.
You may be familiar with Carver tuners and receivers with 'ACCD' built-in. This
item is the rare TX1-11 outboard unit containing the same 'ACCD' circuit. It is
designed to be used with non-Carver tuners and receivers to add the
'Asymmetrically Charge Coupled Detector' circuit, thus removing the hiss on
fringe FM radio stations and pulling in stations that other tuners just can't
get. Can dramatically help clean up those distant hard to reach, hard to hear
FM radio stations. It will also combat multipath effects too.
