HH Scott 310D / 335MPX Vintage Tuner & Multiplexer

Here is a chance to buy my vintage HH Scott FM tuner that will outperform virtually all other tuners, old or new. It comprises of the 310D Mono Tuner and the 335 Multiplex unit that converts the stereo signal (and a custom acrylic dust cover). It can pull-in more and with better station clarity than either my Dynalab Etude and Kenwood 600T tuners. It's sound is glorious, with deep bass and clean midrange. It is quieter and with a level of sound quality that I have never heard from any FM tuner. I cannot recommended this modded tuner enough.

This unit it has been upgraded with Mapleshade Double Helix MK1 Power Cord(s) for both the tuner and MPX, and Mapleshade Clearview Ultrathin / Excalibur Analog Ribbon MPX Interconnect. Additionally, I have added Audio Selection Cones for both (replacing the original screw/rubber feet), and have recently had Mapleshade totally re-review the units for alignment and tube(s) testing. Lastly, I have purchased replacement NOS tubes for the future, although the existing tubes will probably last for at least 8-10 years more (even playing for 24/7, they would last at least 5 years more!).

I have the owners manual per the Mapleshade Hot Rod mods, plus full documents on the power cords and MPX ribbon interconnect. Note that Single-Ended RCA interconnects are also included, but should not be used in combination with the MPX Ribbon interconnect; I made and used these using SilverSonic cable+Mogami connectors before I purchased the MPX Ribbon interconnect.

The rating a "7" only because of the age, but it is totally functional, with perfect operation and alignment. It is the real thing, not anything like the "parts wanna-be stuff you see on eBay".

You will not believe the accuracy and sound of this FM tuner !
