I am selling my incredible Magnum Dynalab tuner. I am the original owner, and I have the original box and paperwork. This tuner started life as an MD100, and was FACTORY MODIFIED to an MD105 in 2012. The transformation from an MD 100 to a 105 took this from being a great tuner to a true super tuner. Many parts were replaced and upgraded in the factory modification- power supply was increased, wiring changed to Kimber, all resulting in greater musicality and superior sensitivity and quieting. Dynamics are incredible and the detail is sublime. Highly musical, and pulls in distant stations which many other tuners just can't grab. If you have the programming, this tuner will pull it in with all its majesty and make you forget you are listening to a tuner. Although this is an ANALOG TUNER it features a digital frequency display which is the best of both worlds. Features switches for inter station  mute on/off, stereo/mono, and wide/narrow bandwidth. There's a switchable and combined tuning meter/signal strength meter as well. The back panel features balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) outputs, and there's the power jack and antenna jack as well. The factory placed a "Factory Modification" tag on the back panel as well comfirming this is a genuine factory modified unit. Condition is quite good. The only thing holding me back from calling this a 9 on condition is that the lettering at the on/off switch, which is silk screened, has a small amount of wear- that's because I've enjoyed the tuner so much! But for that I would rate this tuner a "9".It's not an '8' either because that requires a perfect faceplate, and I'm just telling it like it is. No dents, scratches, or other marks or defects.
Includes original power cord, and the 'temporary' wire antenna that the factory originally included. One other thing you'll notice- this is a black face tuner, and yet it has the silver dial knob from the silver faced version of this tuner. I had the knob changed as I thought it lent a little bit of visual pop to the otherwise austere all black front panel, but if a buyer prefers the black knob I would be glad to install that and provide the silver knob.  Sales are limited to the continental USA only. Buyer pays $35 for insured shipping.
