REL Precedent Tuner in MINT shape. These are the BEST of the BEST fM tuners in the WORLD... Don't kid yourself, nothing comes remotely close to the REL 646C-1 Tuner, nothing at all. I have owned more than 100 tuners of just about every manufacture you can think of, and most of them I had doubles and triples of just to compare performence by manufactured date...

These are very rare units and are almost never for sale. This gem is and looks stunning, and it works beautifully. Other than it may need a quick alignment, everything else works as it should. This REL has been UPDATED and will play in STEREO. The update can very easily be reversed to work in the original mono mode if you prefer. See photos before of the rear of the tuner and you will see the stereo jacks for both right and left interconnects.

Some cosmetic markings, but in mint condition for its age (see photos), after all the tuner is not new or NOS.
