Up for grabs is quite possibly one of the best performing tuners Ive ever tested.  This unit is in par with well regarded McIntosh MR78 and the Tandberg 3001.  Its allot less fickle and easier to maintain than the MR78 and way more reliable than the 3001 which is prone to capacitor and battery leakage.  
The features are simply staggering.  If you like to fiddle with setting and have infinite tuning options this unit was made for you.  There are countless setting some of which I haven't even had the time to figure out.  There is even a button to tune in 12.5 khz steps!  There are also fixed and variable outputs for a variety of hook up configuration.  
Cosmetically its a very impressive looking unit well suited for the living room or professional lab.  Its got a sort of 80s European industrial look which was perfected by the Swiss.  
The parts quality inside is simply stunning for the price.  Ive spotted super high quality circuit boards,  very good quality capacitors and resistors and well as a unique chasis layout which isolates the noisy circuits from the sensitive ones.  It almost looks like military spec inside.  
I recently replaced the bulbs to ensure the next owner has a lasting good experience with the unit.  Note that the pictures were taken prior to the bulb replacement hence the lack of lighting in the signal meter.  
Cosmetically the unit is in near perfect condition with no significant signs of use or wear.  Even the plastic cover which is often scratched or lost is intact.
