& STAINLESS STEEL ISOLATION PLINTH CORNER POSTS, FEET, TOWERS!

Hello to all:

This is unfortunately a
project I can no longer pursue due to recent job relocation.   I had purchased the Brass & Stainless
Steel for the posts and than had a machinist fabricate them to my
specifications.

All work was completed on CNC
machines.  I left the center tube hollow
as I was planning on filling it with a lead shot & silicone based solution for
additional dampening.

As you can see they are very large
and that was done purposely so.  They
have removable threaded caps and adjustable threaded spikes for leveling.  

You will also notice a
threaded insert that was put in place in order to stop any material used for
dampening from making it’s way out of the post and seeping down onto the
spikes.  There was also a special tool
fabricated for the removal of this insert.

Lastly, I had to holes
drilled for mounting to a plinth.  All
specifications as far as their true size are noted in the very first
photo. 

Total cost was $215/USD in
raw materials & $1,075/USD for the fabrication. 

They weigh almost 11-lbs.
each! and when I filled one with #9 lead shot it weighed almost 19 pounds!
