A stellar example of a Fisher 302 TT with the works! Comes with boxes,
manuals, original Pickering cartridge, etc. It was purchased on
12/23/1972 and I'm the original owner. It was in service from 1972 to
1978 when it was replaced by Philips GA-312. The Shure M91ED cartridge
is a Shure original and the needle is a Pfanstiehl diamond replacement.
This TT had been sitting in a closet until 2016 when I pulled it out and
serviced it (mainly cleaned the old grease and relubed it with new
grease), then it was once again bagged up. I sold my LP collection some
time ago so this is a vintage paperweight now. It has two issues which
are documented by the pics:

a.) where the hinges bolt on, there are cracks in the plastic. When I
serviced the unit in 2016, I used cyanoacrylate to fill the cracks.
Unless you're careless opening the dust cover -- and if you are, you
shouldn't own a TT -- it's fine.

b.) the last pic has a red circle around the locating lever. The
locating lever is only necessary in automatic mode (the tonearm
addresses the LP automatically, instead of user manipulation) and is
actuated by a spring. Loosely translated, in automatic mode the lever
rises up to determine if it's a 10", or 12" LP, and sets the tonearm at
the beginning of the LP accordingly. Because the locating lever spring
is weak, it doesn't always pop up enough to sense there's a 12" LP on
the platter. because of that, it may drop the tonearm an inch in on a
12' LP, thinking it's a 10'. It doesn't happen all the time and again,
it's only in automatic mode. In manual mode, the user manually locates
the tonearm on the LP.

For the uninitiated, the Fisher 302 TT is a rebranded Perpetuum Ebner PE 2015 TT. Perpetuum Ebner went on to become Dual.
