Sony PS-X555es Linear Tracking Turntable.

For sale is a used Sony PS-X555ES turntable with linear tracking tonearm. A cartridge is not included, but the headshell is.

Part of Sony’s Elevated Standard line, this classic turntable is in good to very good condition. There are no scratches on the plinth. Even the dustcover is in excellent condition. This unit works perfectly and sounds very good. Can be used with almost any standard mount cartridge. All lights and buttons function correctly. A great example of this rare and sought after turntable.

The only issue is that the square plastic window that covers the light at the back of the turntable is missing, but the light functions.

This is a fully automatic turntable with a quartz lock direct drive platter and with Sony’s excellent Biotracer Linear Tracking tonearm. The tonearm and headshell are made from aluminum, not cheap plastic. This is one of Sony’s best linear tracking turntables.

It is not shown in the pictures, but the original Sony aluminum headshell is included.

We do not have the original box but it will be very well packed for safe shipping.

30 day repair warranty: On all used products we will warrant that the product will function as described in the ad for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. We will repair the defective product or offer an in-store credit for the full purchase price if a repair is not possible. The choice of repair or refund for in-store credit will be at the sole discretion of our store. New and demo products will carry the manufacturers full warranty. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our store.

Taxes, Shipping, Etc.: Customers will pay for all shipping costs and insurance. Canadian customers are required to pay all applicable taxes for their Province.

Any duties and customs fees for USA and worldwide customers will be the responsibility of the customer. The actual selling price will be the declared value.
