Linn LP-12 Sondek Professionally Serviced

Professionally serviced Linn Sondek LP-12 with Grace tonearm, Grado Red1 cartridge, brand new Linn tonearm cables, dust cover, Basik power supply, new belt and new felt mat. All work done by the very respected Mr Thomas O'Keefe at Overture Audio in Ann Arbor, MI. As you can see he marked the platter with pencil where it would sound the best. Please see the pictures of the service records. Some minor cosmetic wear. Please see pictures for wear. The plinth shows signs of wear but according to Mr. O'Keefe is in fine structurally. The minor only issue is the tonearm stand is a little loose. This is a great opportunity to own a wonderfully functioning LP-12 serviced by one of the countries most experienced and leading technicians.
