Rare Micro Seiki BL-91 turntable, U.S. voltage, with low-mass carbon fiber MA-701 tonearm. Both are in incredible condition. I bought this from the original owner a few years ago and it operates flawlessly.

In addition to the MA-701 and its genuine A-1201 arm board, it will also come with a genuine A-1203 arm board. These will fit Micro tonearms MA-505, 505X, 505S, 707X, 701, CF-1; Audio Craft AC-300; Technics EPA 99; and Fidelity Research tonearms FR-64, 64S, 64B, 64FX, 14. And in case you'd like a different option, right now Alfred Kayser aka squareheadtubes on ebay is selling every genuine arm board made for the table including blanks. Be assured that the MA-701 is excellent in its own right and was selected by MS as the arm sold with the turntable.

It will also come with a new best-replica of Micro Seiki's belt from William Thakker, along with another generic belt in good condition.

The best reading on this table is the brochure and manual available on the Vinyl Engine, although a Google search will yield plenty of good information. Sonically I found it offers some of the best bass I've heard, and also allows the strengths of each cartridge to come through. I will miss it! But it's time to thin out my collection.

Description:
Features a massive, thick, 12.2 inch platter, employing special alloy bearings machined and polished with techniques usually reserved for turbojet engines.
Micro Seiki engineers devised an exclusive oil-bath damping system to support the entire rotating assembly in complete isolation from all mechanical resonances.
A precision-ground drive belt connects the rotating assembly to the brushless, servo-controlled motor with total isolation from motor generated vibration.
In fact, the BL-91 is probably the smoothest, most vibration-free device of its kind ever built.
