This is a very recent addition to Pro-Ject's line up. This has a high mass acrylic platter, the Evolution 9 tonearm (on it's own $1200 alone, their best). A heavy plinth using carbon fiber, mdf, a steel plate with an inverted ceramic bearing. The plinth rides on Sorbothane isolated spikes.
The motor is a high mass unit, outboard from the plinth for isolation. Included is the Sumiko Blue Point II cartridge it came with. I have the box and packing, 4 additional weights for the tonearm and other contents.
This entire unit has less than 10 hours of use. I received this as a brand new boxed unit as payment for some engineering work I performed. I tried it out a little while; I do not need it however as I have my own custom unit. It is all literally like new at substantial savings. A superb turntable/tonearm/cartridge combination.
