Technics SL-1200MK5 Unique mods, excellent condition

This is a unique and great sounding Technics 1200MK5. It
is in excellent condition with the following modifications I had installed:

1. Wood-in Platter by RoylCraft deadens the ringing
of the aluminum platter and adds weight and stability.

2. RCA cable connections with internal grounding. Gold
plated connectors in a stainless steel housing attached to a round block of
wood that provides isolation from the table.

3. Remote control connector for start/stop with
remote device, such as Technics SH-10R (not included).

4. LED lights – strobe is deep orange, 33 button is
gold, 45 button is blue, pop up target light is blue, pitch slider is gold.

5. Tonearm rewired with cardas wire and cotton
inside the arm tube.

6. Hinge receptors attached to the table and hinges
attached to dustcover.

7. Inside base of table injected with polyfoam to
further deaden the base and reduce vibration.

8. KAB fluid damper with silicon fluid for better
tracking and a smoother sound.

With the wood-in platter, foam injection, gold plated RCA
connectors, re-wired tonearm, and fluid damper, this 1200MK5 turntable produces
quieter backgrounds, tighter and more solid bass, and greater detail for an
overall more musical and natural sound than a stock 1200.

The LED lights are more aesthetically pleasing and should
last the life of the table. Also includes a new, never-used Technics headshell.

This 1200MK5 has been gently used in a smoke-free home, no
DJ-ing. While I was having it modified I ended up buying another turntable so I
only used it for about 20 hours or so at most.

Total package includes: Technics 1200MK5, original box and styrofoam,
user manual and warranty cards, balance weight, small counterweight, original rubber
bumpers for the hinge slots, 45 rpm adapter, rubber mat, overhang gauge, new headshell,
fluid damper, original power cord, dustcover w/hinges and screws. DOES NOT
INCLUDE cartridge or RCA cables. Cartridge shown in one of the pics is just to
show the table in action, it is NOT included.

Note: I have a used Denon DL-160 cartridge with Technics
headshell in very good condition I will include free for the Buy It Now
price, it sounds excellent on the 1200.
