VPI Scoutmaster in excellent condition. It comes with original papers and accessories, and the original clamp was upgraded to the Deluxe Derlin/Stanless Steel Clamp. Outstanding performer and timeless classic.
I have the original box and packaging. The package is quite heavy, so the shipping cost will be considerable. However I will cap shipping at $30 and I'll pay the rest. I will also pay the Paypal fee. Local pickups are welcome, Center City Philadelphia area.
