Fantastic condition traded-in Rega P7 turntable with Apheta 2 Cartridge. Turntable is rated 8/10 for light use and minor wear consistent with age.

Turntable comes in original outer box, but without original inner packaging. Turntable also comes with Apheta 2 Cartridge, speed control box, and brand new power supply from Rega.

Features
The Rega P7 turntable offers performance that may be unbeatable at this price. Designed with the experience gained from developing Rega's cost-no-object P9 turntable, the P7 reproduces any type of music with such realism, depth, coherence and supreme musicality.

The plinth is CNC machined from a costly lightweight micro-fiber which is then encased in highly rigid resin laminates. The main bearing assembly is engineered to the highest tolerances for better speed stability and incredible pace, rhythm and timing.

The P7 is beautifully finished with an aluminum surround, which adds to the rigidity of the table. Form follows function on the P7; this table simply makes music - pure and simple!

The Apheta 2 is the second generation of Rega's unique moving coil cartridges. Taking the technology developed from the first Apheta to the next level, Rega engineers have fine tuned every aspect of the original design.

Apheta 2 features a super high-powered, neodymium magnet and a coil meticulously hand wound on an iron cross that is fifty percent smaller than the original. This weight reduction allows greater freedom to track the vinyl groove ensuring even more detail is extracted from the vinyl.

To further enhance the design, the Apheta 2 is housed within a completely redesigned, single piece, aluminium anodised body and protected by a CAD designed, clear rigid cover to protect the internal fine wires, making handling whilst fitting, safe and risk free.
