Joe's Hi-Fi Pads Isolation Footer

Hand crafted from American walnut and wool felt, my isolation footers are a generous 3" x 3" and 1 1/2" thick.  Using automotive-grade felt that is 95% wool, I die cut each piece slowly to minimize edge deformities that occur with guillotine cuts.  I cut and hand sand each piece of walnut for smooth edges and finish sand for clarity of grain.  With a bigger footprint than any product I have seen listed here, each pad can easily support 100 pounds and can be applied to any component and speaker for complete isolation from sound energy feeding back into your floor and stands. SAE-grade wool felt resists heat and solvents and is used for gaskets and automotive vibration damping.  No other material used in footers is capable of converting kinetic energy to heat as well as wool felt.  These pads are quite firm, yet very plush.  So far, every application has resulted in a much clearer presentation, with more instrumental parts heard at the farthest edges of the sound stage.
