Such is the case with these Marigo Audio Lab Vxi Mystery Feet.  

Wowzers! (yes, I'm showing my age) these guys really work!  

We have TWO sets of three. Retail is 799.00 per set of three and our asking prince is for One set. Simply double that if you want all of them.  I'm paying the shipping so go for it.

I have no idea about the mechanics behind them. Heck, I'm not even a dealer for these things. I'm selling these off for a close friend but I put them in one of our systems and was immediately impressed by how putting something under something could influence such a change.
