MJ REL Acoustics Reference 100 MKII Subwoofer with Programmable Remote

For sale is a very musical MJ Acoustics subwoofer with programmable remote. It has a 120 Watt MOSFET Amplifier which runs on US 120V. Made in England by REL staff* (see below). It comes with the original manual, Speakon High level connector, and remote control with volume control and 4 presets for easy for switching roll over and volume for different musical types and home theater).
It is four years old and used gently. It is in very good to cosmeticcondition (looks near new to me but I cannot promise that) and perfect functional condition. I bought it because of its strong yet musical not overpowering 120 Watts of power which allow it to blend in with music so well (which is its forte, much like the REL Strata and others)..
However, you can also turn it up for home theater The remote comes with a volume control and 4 programmable presets. The presents can each include settings for roll off crossover, volume, phase, brightness, auto on sensitivity, etc. Of course, you can also control the sub directly through controls at its back. I have banana plugs on the three Speakon leads since my amp already has spades (these connect to your amp) although you could easily solder on some copper spades if you prefer that connection.
*MJ Acoustics is the continuation company made up of REL employees in England when REL sold out to a US Manufacturer which sublet production to China.
At 120 watts its main Forte is with music.
