For your consideration is a well thought out and tested noise lowering kit for Music Servers. Computers are horribly noisy inside. There are all sorts of RF and switching noise both bouncing around inside the chassis as well as in the board and in the chips. Verastarr has developed a kit that includes 2 types of tuned material, both are adhesive backed.
The first is a broadband foam RF/EMI absorber that is excellent to stop waves that are airborne. This is recommended for the HDD or SSD's, Audio cards, and or lids inside the unit. Especially if a sound card is above the MOBO, placing this inbetween is an excellent remedy. The other material is a nearfield absorber that pulls noise out of whatever its touching, so this one is great on Voltage regulators, Network hub chips, ethernet socket, and RAM in thin strips. Also excellent on SATA cables or any DATA cables.
What you'll get is retrieval of low level information that unlocks the imaging.Its amazing how little of this does such a big job. Use it sparingly and you will not believe the results.
