Underwood Special Edition Sub Servo controlled Dual 12"

I have one demo Underwood Special Edition, 1000 watt servo subwoofer available. Compare this sub to some very hi end subs and there is essentially no difference. I know of nothing that will touch it at anywhere close to this price.

The Underwood subwoofer use dual 12 inch ribbed cone woofers that are servo controlled for speed and accuracy. The 1000 watt digital amp was custom designed for the woofer. They were built out for me in California.

The dual 12" metal coned ribbed woofer drivers are run in bipolar mode, with one on each side, to cancel cabinet vibration. The woofers are driven by a newly designed 1000 watt amplifier to move very large amounts of air. The Special Edition sub is fully servo controlled. It uses an accelerometer that is mounted directly to the woofer to insure the input signal is virtually the same as the output that the woofers are producing. Distortion is an order of magnitude lower than standard woofers. The 1000 watt amplifier is a "Class D" design for high efficiency and it produces very low heat.

The enclosure is a beautiful high gloss black. Each sub is burned in for 48-72 hours before shipment. This demo sub will come with a 6 months parts & labor warranty.

The sub looks very good and is rated 8/10 to be conservative. It has a beautiful black lacquer cabinet.

Dimensions for this Special Edition sub are 15"h x 16.5w" x 16.5"d. Frequency response is 20Hz to 120Hz (+1/-3 dB).
Bass is superb, both tight and clean, with lots of it.

This sub competes with anything made today in the $2500.00 retail range. It offers superb performance at a great price.
