This is a pair of Usher Mini Dancer II towers, in Walnut with black lacquer face, offering frankly brilliant sound. This is the version with the Beryllium tweeter. I happen to LOVE them, but the new diamond tweeters are a drop in with no adjustment to the crossover if you choose to go that way. These speakers are just too big for my Chicago condo. Yeah, I got a little excited. The sound is A+ but the cabinets need some touchup--the kind of thing a good furniture repair guy could make perfect. I'm in that business, and I know what they can do. With 27 years at America's premier furniture maker, I can tell you that the finish on the cabinets is first rate. They look good in a condo full of Baker! I just haven't had a chance to get a tech over to work on them, and I'm a heart patient struggling to even move them around. So, here is a buying opportunity that never comes along. No boxes. Local Chicago pickup only. I'm not lifting them! Check the reviews, and you'll see they are off the charts. You won't be sorry. I'm going to call them a "6" but a $350 investment makes them a "9". Basically, there are a couple minor scuffs and some black lacquer that needs a hand repair. While the black lacquer looks bad in the photos, you don't really see it day to day--and a professional can easily repair that to factory perfect. In some ways that's easier than wood. Thanks.
