Vaughn Loudspeakers Barbera 8 inch full range open back

I got these from Vaughn Loudspeakers about a week ago in a trade.They have a full range 8 inch driver with a ten inch active woofer and a 10 inch passive woofer in each speaker.There is also a powerful Bash plate amp in each speaker to drive the active woofer. The backs of the cabinets are open for a much more three dimensional presentation.Unlike many full range drivers, the highs are extended and very clear and non fatiguing with no grain or etchiness.The bass is full and deep and presents no boominess. The bass can be adjusted both volume and crossover to tailor to the room.Comes with manual, spikes, plinths, power cords, jumpers, and packing boxes.Google Vaughn Loudspeakers for more info.. These sound much like a Lowther or Aer with no shout and much improved bass.
