Von Schweikert VR 4.5 Speakers

I purchased these from a fellow Audiogon member a 2 years ago. They are in perfect working order.

The 5/10 rating and price of $1,200 reflects the less than excellent condition of the outward appearance which is due to some small scratches and scuffs mainly on the subwoofer cabinets. And the veneer finish on the subwoofer cabinets are rippling and are slightly raised on the wood grain lines. The Von Schweikert factory had some issues with certain speakers finishes a few years back. There are no issues with the internal speakers or sound quality—they are in excellent condition in that regard, it is just cosmetic. They look fine from my listening position.
