Von Schweikert VRS-1 Power Subwoofer

I have a trade-in Von Schweikert VRS-1 powered subwoofer for sale. The VRS-1 is a 300 watt power subwoofer (600 watt peaks) with a long throw 10" driver. It is small at only 13" Tall on its spikes x 11" Wide x 15 3/4" Deep with the heat sink fins. It sounds very good as Albert has always built good speakers. It uses a heavily braced sealed enclosure with a long throw very stiff 10" cone formed from carbon fiber impregnated plastic resin, which is suspended by a double-thick butyl rubber surround with long-throw design (1.5" peak-to-peak excursion potential). The 70mm voice coil is aligned in the gap with a double-thick spider and is driven by a 15-lb magnet assembly to provide an extremely high Force Factor. The sub has very good slam. It is rated 7/10 as it has some small scratches on the front and a nick & small dent as shown in the photos. We did a real closeup of the scratches top show them as you can't see than for 4 feet back. They look far larger in the closeup than they are. The sub looks very good.
