It is with much regret that I have to part with one of the best components in my stereo. Look up the reviews for this unit and you will see that it is an outstanding preamplifier.
Ready for integration with a home theater with HT bypass, 1 input trigger and 2 output triggers.
Adding it to my Emotiva XPA-1 monoblocks (also for sale) gave the sound more space and detail.
I hooked it up to a cheap Meng 6p1 tube amp and it extended the highs a bit, tamed a too prominent midrange, and gave the bass better definition. And while the bass was still a tad too boomy at least it sounded like instruments now instead of just tones. You will not be disappointed with this component.
I am the original owner and the piece has been well taken care of in a smoke free environment. Indistinguishable from a new component. Purchased 12/02/2010.
