FLAGSHIP HOME THEATER RECEIVER* - The Unit has an MSRP of $3,199.00!!!
8-channel receiver for finest performance and processing available for music and video sound. 8 channels are: L/R Main, Front Center, L/R Rear Effects, Rear Center, and L/R Front Effects (adds depth to sound image). Yamaha's Cinema DSP and Tri-Field Processing are included as are Dolby Surround Pro Logic and Dolby Digital processing. Also features Digital ToP-ART design for signal integrity, compatible with Panja, Crestron and other touch pad interfaces.
DIGITAL ToP-ART DESIGN*
Yamaha's Digital ToP-ART (Total Purity Audio Reproduction) design philosophy maximizes digital quality and minimizes analog circuitry. Specifics include high performance digital circuitry using Burr-Brown 24-bit DACs for all input channels, a digitally regulated volume control, processor direct switch, high density Cinema DSP circuitry, utilizing the world's first 44-bit LSIs, two decoding LSIs, and low impedance drive amplifier featuring superior power transistors, and gigantic heat sinks.
This Yamaha was originally purchased by an audiophile friend of my a few years back, my father purchased it but he ended up wanting something that matched his simple setup better. The system is in nice condition and has its original flyer and a large bound user manual. The remote is also included but it is missing the battery cover unfortunately. The RX-V1 offers some of the creamiest sound I have ever heard and is extremely smooth at any volume level, this is also the most well built and heavy duty piece of equipment I have ever seen, it literally weighs 60lbs and the entire chassis is made of copper. This is an ideal system for someone who loves listening to great music and is tired of these so called 'high end' systems available at retail stores.
Originally over 3k... now only $350.00
