Reached +/- 4.5db after exhaustively experimenting with speaker placement. Will add a second frequency response chart after I add the recently purchased acoustic treatments
Hi, you asked after my Abbas DAC experience. (I'm based in London). I chose the half "shoebox" size "DAC 2.4 SE+ signature" with specially rewound main transformer (I also have Abbas' latest similarly appointed RIAA stage) and all I can say is digital sounds like beautiful natural analogue, i.e. real music with NO digital artefacts. I am guessing perhaps all his DACs will give you this, the increase in physical size and different valve (tube !) configurations different flavours, and perhaps, I don't know, slightly greater weight of sound. Write to Abbas, he answers questions precisely.
