No the TV goes through a Sonus separate rig.

I just got the speakers and the experimentation is ongoing

Regarding tapes I ve a lot of them. Love the old fashion sound

have a really cool set up. Really like the streamer dac, I don't like separate dacs. always have to figure out if you want to change it.

What happens when you pull out the speakers a little bit? 

Have many tapes to play? Best I have is an old cassette tape player from Kenwood, which doesn't work because it needs a new belt. Time it was a really nice one but this goes back to the 70s. i will probably toss it. 

I am replacing the speakers with Acoras MRC-3 some time in the next 3 weeks
