Sorry, I forgot we discussed jPlay before. If only Linn would get round to making it work for me.

Nice system! I've always been curious about what you've described in your posts, impressive! Carry on.

@newton_john thank you for the kind words!
As to Roon…I’m actually using Jplay now and like it more than Roon from sound quality standpoint. Roon is not stable unfortunately and yes the UI and functionality is unbeatable. It’s a shame they can’t get it to a stable state sonically.

Congratulations. I just knew you’d have a fantastic system - clearly carefully selected and meticulously planned. It’s a far more imaginative choice than mine. You have lots of components that I wasn’t familiar with, although I can see online that they’re all highly rated.

Just one thought. Have you compared Roon on the Nucleus with a Windows/UPnP server recently? I did this a couple of weeks ago and thought UPnP was significantly better sounding. Maybe, it would be different in your system as I use a NUC. You’ve most likely given this thought before and of course the functionality of Roon is great.

I see you’ve done plenty of room treatment. No doubt that will pay rich dividends sound wise. I have controlled the bass resonances, but really need to pay more attention to the reflections. This is going to be my next project, if my wife will tolerate panels. It looks like you’ve got a dedicated room which is a big advantage.
