Description

Upstairs HT located in large Master Bedroom. Wife actually thinks it sounds better than dedicated HT (see Small HT)downstairs. Bed is straight across room, centered on TV. Great for watching movies, and totally comfortable. The Pioneer i-link works great, and sounds fantastic. The RCA TV has an awesome picture, although it rated poorly in the mags. I did have to tone down the brightness, and do a slight calibration, but would highly recommend. Please feel free to ask questions, and give suggestions.

    • Pioneer DV-59Ai
Universal Player with i-link. Plays everything. Using an HDMI to DVI connector into the RCA TV.
    • Pioneer VSX-55TXi
Great sounding Receiver. Replaced an Outlay 1050.
    • RCA DLP
62" DLP with an awesome picture. The only quirk I have is that it won't accept a 720P input, even though that's it's native resolution. RCA should offer a fix for this!!!!!!
    • Bag End Loudspeakers Infra-18
Unbelieveable subwoofer. Makes the wall behind the bed breath with explosive bass. It's size it the only drawback.
    • Dunlavy Audio Labs SC-1A/V
Great monitors. I will use these until they blow up, or disintegrate. Great sound with the Bagend.
    • Radio Shack mini monitors
small, cheap metal speakers that sound great, and don't stand out on the nightstands. Can also be omni-mounted.
    • Richard Gray 400s
These really work. I have 2 in my downstairs system.
