Great opportunity to own a pair of good condition Gale 402a (chrome) with original boxes and original literature that was given to dealers at its first release in the U.S. These look absolutely stunning with the highly polished chrome. No rips or gashes, but does have hardly noticeable dents even looking at it up close They sound great and all of the speaker surrounds have been replaced. I got these from the original owner who was also a U.S. distributor for Gale, which is why it comes with the original price list and press release. Speakers are located in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Will ship.

Is what a lovely pair of speakers! Because I cannot tell from the pictures, would you mind describing the grills? Are the stretched cloth around All four sides? Are they removable?
Thank you for any additional information you may be able to provide. Hi Michael, thank you for the inquiry. The fabric is stretched and is held in place by Staples around the perimeter. Also the fabric is glued onto a rubber gasket that's held in a groove on the back. I've taken the fabric cover off a couple of times. If you send me an [filtered] I can send you extra pictures. |
