Now’s your chance to hear what a planar speaker can do for your audio experience. Up for sale is a matched pair of Magnepan MG-12QR speakers in good condition. These speakers have one pinhole and a couple of stains in the fabric. Also, the wood surrounds have minor marks on them. The photos show these imperfections. Operational, they sound amazing with a 45Hz to 22kHz frequency response plus/minus 3dB.
From a Fi magazine review: “The MG12/QR are among the most musically realistic sounding speakers I’ve heard of late. They sound more convincingly like the sound of live music than most other speakers do.”
I have the original boxes and packing so shipping should not be a problem.
