The Yamaha GT-2000L, unveiled in 1982 amidst Japan's renowned era of audiophile equipment, stands as a revered direct-drive turntable cherished by enthusiasts. This particular turntable remains in commendable condition, displaying minor signs of wear such as scratches and scuffs consistent with its age (refer to attached images). Additionally, the wooden base exhibits some peeling and chipping, while the dust cover bears two small cracks and slight scratches (also visible in images). The unit has been tested and set up in my home. It operates perfectly and sounds great (and tremendous!), a testament to Yamaha's commitment to crafting enduring audio equipment designed for a lifetime of use. The table is fitted with a Denon DH 103 cartridge. This unit ships from Maryland and will be professionally packed.
