These are a semi new set of Meze Audio Empyrean headphones and they come with the full warranty. They are a set of semi used Meze Audio headphones with the full hard case and the original cardboard boxes. They will come with a full receipt that came from the audio store and are a demo set that I got. They have no major scratches or dings of any sort and are in excellent condition. I just don't use headphones and wonder why I bought them although they sound wonderful.
