I use the Oppo 105 mostly as a video source. For transport, I use the Sony SCD-777ES. Comparing the between the PW Dac and Sony SCD-777ES DAC, the PWD is far superior though it's probably a little unfair as the PWD output are XLR vs RCA from the sony.

So, do you run the Oppo 105 through the PW Dac, or do you use them as separate sources? I'm curious how the two compare...

I've been trying to figure out whether to add a dedicated CD player to my system (currently using a Macmini through the PW).

Mjcmt, since I upgraded to Krell HTS7.1 for HT, I've been using the CAL MCA amps for driving the rears and center. The fronts are driven by the Krell monos. I'm debating really hard about getting the Oppos BDP95 as I'm using my PS3 to play bluray and streaming video now.

Help me understand your system. Do you use the Krell pre and amps and the CAL is no longer in use? So all you need is the Oppo BDP-95 bluray player.

.
What is your screen diagonal measurement? Is it a fixed screen, or does the screen retract or roll up?

Mclsound, I love the 650mc. I think they're made for the 801N. The MC501s didn't come close to getting the low end bass out of these 801.

Your living the high life, great gear in a nicely done room. Wonder if the folks viewing in the back row of chairs have an clear view? You have done so much, susprized you did not use theater type sitting pending the size of your room at least. Happy viewing and listening. Glen
