I have rated this as an eight to be accurate with the scale only because of two very minor scratches (see pictures) in the top silver part of the preamp. If I could I would rate it an 8.5. The remote and the associated cable sensor etc have never been used. I am the original owner purchased from a Rowland dealer about five years ago. Your Corus preamp has been tested completely and there was no problem found. It is operating as new
