As mentioned, the power cord is in pristine condition used by a long-time Audiophile who takes care of his equipment. 

As power cords go, this is an amazing cord to get the most out of your power strip or conditioner.  This is just for the power cord, as there is no box.  Also available is a 1.25 meter cord and a Nordost QB8 MK I Power strip that are sold separately.
