Up for sale is an absolutely gorgeous Thorens TD-124 that has been completely refurbished as well as a rare Schick 9 (9.6" tonearm). Motor has been rebuilt. Paint is in amazing condition. About as good as it gets with these 50+ year old wonders. The following upgrades are included: - Tonearm clasp added to Schick tonearm, as the stock wooden pillar is useless and dangerous; a little bit of wear on the tonearm - Hanze HiFi motor isolation springs - Audiosilente idler wheel (with the one red and two black o-rings) - Main bearing brass end cap - New main bearing bushings - New step pulley bearing bushings - New strobe bulb - Grounded power cord - Schopper belt - Brand new rubber decoupling mushrooms - CLD plinth with a Palisander veneer (one small blemish on clear coat, and I had to router out a bit on the inside where the idler wheel arm mechanism sat; can't be seen unless you remove the tt) - Gem Dandy Decoupling Feet Now, here's where it gets special.
